Larre® is a Textile and Surface design label I started when studying Art and Design in Panama. Launching with specific and personalized pieces in 2010, I incorporated the different aspects of design through different industries and printing techniques.

I currently design colorful hand and digital motifs to different products shipped internationally and adapted to different surfaces.

-Design Experience:

After majoring in Design, I took an intensive course at Université de la Mode- Lumière in Lyon, France in 2012, followed by a Masters Degree in Design and Product Management at IED Madrid in 2013.

I collaborated as a freelance Designer, VM and product management positions for: Tom Van der Borght (Ghent, Belgium) Giorgio Armani (Spain and Portugal), and other companies.

From the retail perspective, I was a Regional Visual M. Coordinator for different brands such as: Tommy Hilfiger LATAM for the Caribbean, Bath and Body Works Latin America, and SML Chilean Magazine (Product Management).

My designs have been showcased in different international exhibitions such as: Fashion Week Panama, Sin Fronteras (Bogotá, Colombia), IKAS Art (Madrid, Spain), Goethe-Institut Barcelona (Oh Tannenbaum), Les Petites Riens for Tom Van der Borght (Brussels, Belgium), and more.

Regarding teaching, I have been an educator in the Art & Design field at Universities, such as:  Italiana de Diseño México, LaSalle College International (LCI), and Ganexa Art University.

Besides textile design, I co-founded: Ergomod., adaptive wear for people with disabilities, and recently started a non-profit collaboration with Autism4Good to promote artistic inclusion in autistic children.

I currently teach Visual Arts at an IB School while studying a Doctorate Degree in Special Education, and continue to design my own prints.
