I am a Mexican / American Textile Designer, as well as a Visual Arts IB Teacher.
I studied Art and Design in Panama and Argentina.
Passionate about textiles, took an intensive course at Université de la Mode- Lumière in Lyon France, and a Masters Degree in Product Management at IED Master Madrid, Spain.
I collaborated as a freelance Designer, (among other visual-retail support positions) for:
Tom Van der Borght (Ghent, Belgium), Giorgio Armani (Spain and Portugal), among other companies.
I also worked as a Visual M. Coordinator for different brands such as: Tommy Hilfiger LATAM for the Caribbean and BBW Latin America.
I've showcased my artwork in different international exhibitions such as: Fashion Week Panama, Sin Fronteras (Bogotá, Colombia), IKAS Art (Madrid, Spain), Les Petites Riens for Tom Van der Borght (Brussels, Belgium), and others.
Passionate about teaching, I have been an educator in the Art & Design field at Universities, such as Italiana de Diseño Mexico, LCI Panama, and other institutions.
Besides textile design I co-founded: ergomod.co, adaptive wear for people with disabilities.
I currently teach Visual Arts at an IB School and continue to design my own prints.
